🌸 WEEK 1 — CALMING THE NERVOUS SYSTEM

Theme: Safety • Breath • Grounding • Coming Home to the Body

Focus:

How stress is stored in the body and how to begin unwinding it gently.

  • Understanding the stress response (fight/flight/freeze/fawn)

  • How chronic stress affects digestion, sleep, hormones, and mood

  • The science of vagus nerve regulation

  • Why the body needs safety before it can heal

Experiential Practices

  • Grounding breathwork

  • Hand-over-heart technique for self-soothing

  • Somatic grounding: feeling feet, breath, temperature

  • Aromatherapy for grounding (lavender, vetiver, cedarwood)

Sound Healing

Crystal & metal bowls & tuning forks for grounding the body.

Integration

Gentle journaling:
“Where does my body hold tension? What helps me feel safe?”

🌺 WEEK 2 — EMOTIONAL RELEASE & UNBLOCKING STORED ENERGY

Theme: Letting Go • Clearing • Softening the Pelvis & Heart

Focus:

Gently releasing emotional holding patterns stored in the pelvis, gut, and chest.

Teaching

  • How the body stores suppressed emotions

  • The connection between the sacral chakra & emotional release

  • Why constipation/holding patterns often reflect emotional holding

  • Practical ways to support digestive and energetic flow

Experiential Practices

  • Pelvic bowl breathing

  • Gentle hip and sacral mobility

  • Tuning fork release for sacral and solar plexus

  • Guided somatic release visualization

Sound Healing

Deep gong immersion to loosen stuck emotional energy.

Integration

Journaling:
“What am I holding that isn’t mine? What is ready to move?”

🌼 WEEK 3 — RESTORATION & HEART HEALING

Theme: Regulation • Heart-Soul Alignment • Receiving Support

Focus:

Healing the heart field, deepening emotional safety, and feeling supported from within.

Teaching

  • The physiology of the heart field

  • How nervous-system healing amplifies intuition

  • The connection between emotional regulation & heart coherence

  • The feminine principle of receiving

Experiential Practices

  • Heart-centered breathing

  • Gentle upper-body somatic unwinding

  • Reiki-infused self-holding practice

  • Aromatherapy for the heart (rose, neroli, bergamot)

Sound Healing

Heart chakra crystal bowls + tuning fork balancing.

Integration

Journaling:
“What am I ready to receive that I’ve been blocking?”

🌙 WEEK 4 — REWIRING THE NERVOUS SYSTEM & EMBODYING PEACE

Theme: Integration • Alignment • Transformation

Focus:

Repatterning the mind-body connection, anchoring new habits, and stepping into long-term wellness.

Teaching

  • Introduction to neuroplasticity: how healing happens

  • Creating new patterns of calm, confidence, and self-support

  • Releasing old survival programming

  • Establishing daily nervous-system rituals

Experiential Practices

  • Visualization: “The Future You”

  • Breathwork for resilience

  • Creating a personalized daily regulation routine

  • Tuning fork activation for long-term balance

Sound Healing

Full-spectrum sound immersion (gongs, bowls, tuning forks).

Closing Ritual

Intention-setting & affirmation ceremony.

Final journaling:
“Who am I becoming as I heal?”

What’s Included

Multiple Sessions

This program is 2 days per week: one day for learning and understanding and the other day for discussion of application and tips for improvement. Having multiple sessions per week allows participants to become better involved with the material.

Group Discussion

This 9 Week Program utilizes one of the scheduled days for group discussion of the material and how they have been able to apply it. This provides participants with multiple real-world examples for application, as well as an environment to share their own experiences.

Structured Program Layout

The 9 Week Program follows a Tuesday/Thursday schedule, with each week focusing on new information and application to real-life scenarios. This schedule is available before signing up and provides a preview of what the program entails.
